BidVid is a fun and exciting way to bid, for the item/s of your choice going under the hammer. This allows you bid for the exciting new items at great low prices.

What age must a BidVid user be?
All users of the site must be 16 years of age and over
What are your different types of auctions?
BidVid has four types of different auctions;
1) MASTER VID
All users must be logged into their accounts to place bids manually. Users can only place bids by clicking the Bid Now button, all users must be in front of their computer screens throughout the auction time to place their bids manually. Users will not be able to use automated bidding tool (Auto Pilot) on these auctions to place bids on products.
When the auction closes, the last person to have placed their bid will win the auction and will get the chance to purchase the auctioned item for the final bid price + shipping and handling fees.
2) ONE VID
This auction is designed especially for first time winners. One Vid auctions, work in the same as normal auctions, apart from previous winners will be restricted to place any bids on these auctions. Only users who have not yet won any auctions on BidVid will be able to place bids on these auctions. Users who have won items on previous auctions will not be able to place bids on the One Vid.
When the auction closes, the last person to have placed their bid will win the auction and will get the chance to purchase the auctioned item for the final bid price + shipping and handling fees.
3) FREE VID (freebie)
These auctions are open to all users of BidVid. Also open to the users with no credit balance in their accounts. All users must be must be logged in, to place bids on these auctions. Users will not be charged for on these auctions, and their account balance will not reduce, when they place bids on these auctions. Once the auction is closed, the user who has placed the last bid will get the chance to buy the product for the final bid price + shipping & handling. Otherwise these auctions are completely free to play.
100% VID'S BACK
100% bids back auctions are designed to make the game more exciting for players. All participants can bid as much as they like and the winner of that particular auction will get all the bids back.
How do I join BidVid.com?
To join BidVid.com All users must be 16 years of age and over. You must first register to open an account, with a valid email address for confirmation. Once the account has been confirmed through email confirmation procedure, your account will be activated, and you are ready to bid.
You can then proceed further to purchase a Bid Bundle, of your choice and join the exciting world of BidVid, and save lots of £££.
Where can I find more details and descriptions for each item on auction?
You need to; simply click on the item window and all the details about the auction and the item/s description will appear on screen. This will also show the users the start time and date, and also the finish time and date, for that particular item/s.
Why is there an auction timer?
The auction timer is there, to give all the users of BidVid a fair chance to join and time to take part in the auction, and make their bid. When a bid is placed the timer will automatically restart itself, to give all other users enough time to join and place their bid.
The last user to have placed a bid, when the timer stops at zero seconds, will win the auction.
What is the start price for each auction?
All the auction prices start at ZERO pence (0.00). The price begins to go up by ONE PENCE (0.01p), as the users begin to place their bids.
How many bids do I use per auction?
The amount of bids needed for the all different items, will vary depending on value and popularity of item/s at the time of auction. This information will clearly be displayed in the item/s window.
Are there any type of win limits?
No! There are no win limits for any auctions at present. All users are allowed to bid on more than one auction at a time, if they wish to do so, without any restrictions at the moment.
How much will the delivery charges cost?
The shipping and handling costs vary depending on the item won at auction. All the various shipping and handling costs are clearly displayed with the item information and description window, (available by clicking on the item window).
Can you deliver to a different address apart from my registered account address?
No! We only deliver to account holders registered address. At times we might ask the auction winner to collect the in person, from a specific location or address, (this shall be clearly stated in the item information and description window). There will be no shipping fee charged for the collection made in person, by the winner, on these occasions only.
Can I return the item I won, if I don’t like it?
We clearly display all the items with descriptions. The bids placed by users are with their own knowledge and agreement. Because, it is entirely your choice to bid for the item you want, and then to win and receive it, at a very low price, compared to the retail value, therefore we do not accept any returns. You are advised to check the specific supplier policies regarding returns.

What if the product I receive is faulty?
All item/s received should be checked before being signed, at the time of delivery. If for any reason the item/s, received is damaged in transit you must inform the suppliers immediately. All goods must be returned in original packaging and all seals intact direct to suppliers.
Address will be provided at the time of report. For any other problems, please always check the manufactures website or give them a call on their helpline with your query or issue. Most common problems or product issues can be resolved without having to return the item/s.
Note: No refunds will be made on vids used to win the item/s in question, and nor for any shipping and handling fees made at the time of acceptance.
All goods come with the relevant manufactures warranty.
Will I have to participate in any pictures or feedback?
Good customer feedback is always important from all our site users. You can also forward any ideas to help make BidVid more exciting. For every great and unique idea selected or used by BidVid.com, the sender will receive Free Vids on promotion at the time of suggestion.
Please Note: By participating in some auctions you might be agreeing to participate in our promotional events or activities. This will be for the sole use of BidVid.com, and will not be shared or passed over to any other companies or organisations.
What are Vid Bundles?
Vid Bundles are forms of credit, used to place bids on the products, you want to win at the auction on BidVid. You can choose from the various Vid Bundles available, to suit your requirements and choice.
There is no maximum purchase.
How much do I need to spend, to purchase a Vid Bundle?
That is entirely the users choice. The costs of Vid Bundles vary to suit all users and their budgets. All prices are clearly listed in the Pricing Guide. The more you buy, the more you save. Always Remember! To look out for all the new and exciting special offers.
What form of payment can I use?
There are various secure forms of payment you can use to purchase Vid Bundles, pay shipping and handling fees etc. E.g. Pay Pal, Credit cards, Debit cards etc.
Can I get any Free Vids?
Yes! You can receive free Vids. Firstly; when you first register as a new customer with BidVid you be credited with free bids.
Secondly; you can receive free Vids every time you recommend a friend to join BidVid. Once your friend has registered, and their account is activated, after their first Vid Bundle purchased, we shall credit both your accounts with the amount of Vids on promotion within 24hours.
Please Note! When using Refer a Friend, your friend must notify BidVid of your recommendation to qualify for any promotional free Vids on offer at the time.
Can I get a refund for the Vid Bundle I purchased?
No! Once the user has made a purchase for a Vid bundle of his or her choice, there will be no refunds for that transaction.
Will my payment details be stored by BidVid?
No! Any form of payment details used to purchase a Vid Bundle or to pay for shipping and handling fees, or for any other form of final purchase payment will NOT be stored on any database used by BidVid.com (see Terms and Conditions for further details).
Will BidVid, ask me for my account details via email?
No! BidVid will not ask for any type of account details from any users, via email.
